Industrial Visit arranged at Veer Dam

On March 20, 2025, an industrial visit was arranged for the Second-Year Electrical (SE) students to Veer Dam. This visit provided students with an opportunity to explore the dam's electrical systems and infrastructure. During the tour, students learned about the generation and distribution of electricity, the operation of hydroelectric power plants, and the various technologies employed in modern electrical engineering. The visit aimed to enhance the students' understanding of practical applications in their field and to inspire them by showcasing the significance of electrical engineering in large-scale projects such as dam construction and power generation. Students engaged with professionals on-site, gaining valuable insights that complemented their academic studies.
