Training and Placement Overview :

Welcome to training & placement of SSPM’S Sharachnadra Pawar College of Engineering and Technology. The cell was established with a prime objective of creating career opportunities in reputed corporates towards meeting aspirations of all the stakeholders. The placement cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for under graduates passing out students from the college by keeping in touch with reputed industrial establishments all around the world. The placement cell works for whole year to build contacts between companies and graduates.

The numbers of students placed through the placement cell are increasing day by day. On our invitation, many reputed organisations visit the institute to conduct placement drives at our campus. some of the organisations visited our campus include Cummins India Ltd, Renata Precision Ltd, Affordable Robotics Pvt Ltd, Pune and the list goes on.

We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years. Our ingenious alumni have set new standards in the corporate world through their remarkable contributions and it is my firm conviction that we will continue that legacy in the years to come.

Objectives :

• To organise campus interviews for final year students with reputed organisations and industries.
• To prepare the student ready for facing interviews and enhance their employability in their domain areas.
• To promote career counselling by organising guest lectures, awareness programmes, seminars etc.
• To conduct training programmes, both in-house and out sourcing corporate trainers.
• Plan and organise more industry - institute interactions for the benefit of students and the faculty.
