Miss Rajnandini Samarsingh Desai (MBA II Year) proudly represented SPIMR at the University-Level Avishkar Research Competition 2025 organized by Savitribai Phule Pune University. After her outstanding performance at the zonal level, she successfully participated in the university round held on 12th November 2025 at the Department of Computer Science, SPPU, Pune. SPIMR congratulates her for this remarkable achievement and appreciates her dedication and hard work.

A guest lecture on “Interpersonal Skills at Workplace” was held on 31st October 2025 in the Seminar Hall of SPCOET, Someshwarnagar. Miss Nisha Agrawal, HR Executive at G Square TechSystem Pvt. Ltd., guided MBA I Year students on enhancing communication and professional behavior.

A guest lecture on “Business Communication Skills” was conducted on 30th October 2025 at the Seminar Hall, SPCOET, Someshwarnagar. Mr. Sandip Bankar, Lecturer at SPIT, guided MBA I Year students on effective communication for professional success.

On 5th October 2025, during the Zonal Level Avishkar Research Competition held at M.S.K. Kakade College, Nimbut, 03 project groups from the MBA Department were selected from the college level competition to next zonal round. Among them, 01 outstanding project qualified for the University Level Competition to be held at Savitribai Phule Pune University, marking a proud moment for the institute.

A guest lecture on “Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset” was organized for MBA I Year students on 12th September 2025 at SPCOET, Someshwarnagar. Mr. Giridhar Nikam, Chairman of Baramati Agrostar FPC, motivated students to adopt innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills.

On 30th August 2025, an industrial visit was organized for MBA I Year students to Navnath Milk and Milk Products, Govindnagar. Students gained valuable insights into milk processing operations and enhanced their practical understanding of industry practices.
